Greetings from Holland.

From the 5^th – 30^th of January I am invited as a guide for a couple who support missions in South America. I have helped them before when I was working in Colombia. They support the children financially whom have gotten into big problems because their parents could not take care of them any more. It is nice to see how the children are doing better thanks to this support. We will travel from Sweden via Amsterdam and Curacao to Colombia where we will visit the children to show them that we care for them and to see if all is well and in what they still lack, and then we go to Argentina to a mission base which the Swedish couple also supports.

The children are looking forward to our see us again. Do you want to give something for the children as well? Send your gift with a note “Colombia”.

I still have not edited all videos of Rwanda with subtitling, so each month in my spare time I will put some on the website. On the picture I am standing with the children of the Aids Project. They are very poor children whom they themselves, or their parents are infected with Hiv, or they are orphans because of that. Children, who did not have enough food to eat and couldn’t go to school, now don’t have to worry about their empty stomach anymore and can go to school thanks to the support from Holland.

The 4^th of February I hope to go to Indonesia again for 4 months. There they are already looking forward to my coming to help out in the technical department.
There is a great need in the technical department of the Hospital to keep all things running well. I already received a list via Email with all the things that need to be done. My First task is to start in the sterilization and laundry department where I have started last time already. There is still a lot of work to be done on the supply- and drain pipes. There is also a big project planned to improve the electricity and water supply, and there are always a lot of little jobs in between with computers, internet, telephone, and repair of all kinds of medical equipment.

In the Hospital in Indonesia there are 250 workers of which more than 12 doctors and 3 evangelists who are fulltime spending time with the patients to tell them about the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

I am preparing my trip again with; Insurance, vaccinations, malaria pills, getting the visa, ticket and provision for my livelihood for the outreach of that time. God provides in all I need, and I want to dedicate all the time I have.

This time of year we stop and think about each other and we thank God for what He did for us through Jesus Christ. With this I want to say thank you very much from all the people whom we have reached and helped together.
