I am now 25 years in fulltime mission, and also grew up on the mission field because my parents were fulltime missionaries. My parents are encouraging me to continue, and so do you who read this. After each newsletter there is always one who writes back to encourage me. So I continue. Everywhere I go people really appreciate my technical skills. So I call myself the “Technical Missionary”. What does that mean? The work I do is either in Construction, or maintenance of buildings, in electrical things or pipefitting, mechanical work on cars or machines. And these last years I have spent more time in computer work, with which I produce printed matter, websites, or video productions. Taking pictures and filming is also a useful talent. I let God guide me, where He wants to place me, in what I need to do. The result is that I am helping poor people, but also be a help to missionaries whom help the poor, or whom carry out Gods word.
