Dear Friends, Warm Greetings from France. On the picture above, you can see what the typical landscape in the south of France looks like this time of the year with the beautiful wheat fields. It fascinates me to know where bread comes from, for which we are so thankful to God daily. |

Daniel, how is it going with your health? In recent years I have become more careful with what I eat. It is not to loose weight, because that is not difficult for me, but by eating less fat and milk products, I feel better. I feel fit and I can sit longer at the computer. In the past, I felt very impatient when I had to sit for a long time. I found out that milk products make me very tired, and to be able to stay awake I would prefer to be very active physically. This is good if one is doing a physical activity, but I also felt small pains in my heart. It was not very painful, but still something I would want to get rid off. The doctor did no know what to do. Therefore, I started experimenting myself. I like experimenting, for my 10th birthday I asked for a chemistry set and I liked it a lot. It is known that if you cannot sleep that a glass of full cream milk will help. Here in France the tradition is to have some wine when you eat cheese to feel better. One leads to the other. I always had milk with my Corn Flakes and Oatmeal as breakfast, but not anymore and the pain in my heart has completely stopped. Praise God. Of all the oils and fat, I eat only Olive Oil and instead of meat, I eat fish. This way my cholesterol stays low. In addition, I noticed that I get heart palpitations (palpatations) and irregular heartbeat after eating peanuts. It is a form of Peanut Allergy. Many airlines and schools now avoid peanuts. It feels great eating peanuts at first, but when I eat more, I cannot even sleep at night because of my heart palpitations and irregular heartbeat. I share all of this with you, because maybe there is somebody who would benefit from this, because I wished I knew this sooner. Now hopefully I can reach The Age of 100 serving God. |

By now, I have learned a lot of how to film and edit videos in the computer and how to make DVDs. On the pictures, you can see the scène of how we record the programs outside. |

On the picture, you can see the new adjustable desk I made myself. So the chair is now as high as my lower legs. And the arm rest is as high or a little higher than the desk to be able to work the whole day.

The preparations for my trip and work in Indonesia in October for 6 months are going well. God already provided people who help with paying the ticket. Praise God. The hospital where I will be working is located in an area in the middle of a tropical rain forest where it rains almost every day in the winter months (the time I will be there). It is very humid and warm. Malaria and other diseases are known there, so I will have to prepare myself for that. See; www.BorneoHospital.com |
